We work in Education, mostly in the maintained schools sector, and Alistair also works in Professional Football. The programmes offered by Alistair and his associates are below.
Education
Alistair has provided KEYNOTES for a range of conferences, seminars and events large and small. The audiences have ranged from 20 or so to over 2,000 and the topics have included motivation, culture change, leadership, learning, well-being, elite performance environments and how to create a happier work-place.
Our IN-SERVICE provided is second to none and has been recognized as such for the last 15 years. The topics in education cluster around:
- Teaching – improving the quality of teaching across your school
- Learning – developing independent learning and thinking in students
- Leading – leader behaviours at all levels
- Energising – how to shift the culture of your school
- High Performers – the Secrets of Successful Schools
The INADAY Series is new, radical and focused on improvement. We come to you and offer to help your school accelerate its learning through:
- OFSTED Outstanding in Teaching in a day
- 10% improvement across the school in a day
- Visioning for leadership teams in a day
- Accountability and Data Management in a day
- Literacy across the school in a day
The better known programmes also include Learning to Learn based on the L2 approach pioneered by Alite, Winning the H Factor: The Secrets of Happy Organisations and Accelerated Learning in the Classroom. We also work with trusts and school partnerships conducting learning reviews and provide bespoke training

The SOLUTION BOX is another new programme where we you provide your key issues, we spend a day solving them with you and leave you and your staff with the method which then helps shift the thinking of the school.
Sport
In sport Alistair has worked with managers and teams from the top 5 Tiers of English Football over the last six years. He delivers on the prestigious UEFA Pro Licence and is now contributing to the design and delivery of the first elite coaches course. Alistair provides mentoring, Performance coaching for elite players, coaches and teams and gives guidance on developing staff teams.

Products
As part of a long commitment to work in and alongside schools Alistair and Alite developed a range of products for use in schools.
